SACO · Connectors & business operations

Bring your tools together. Keep your choices.

Connectors are useful when they get approved systems to work as a business—not when they simply add more monthly subscriptions.

HDP connector strategy

One business can use more than one platform.

HDP's Social Agent Connector Operator (SACO) is being developed as an independent connector-and-operator layer for business applications, social platforms, software services and agent tools. Its goal is to reduce friction between your existing software and the systems you want to build next.

01 / CHOOSE

Start with a business job

For example, track customer inquiries, run a campaign, maintain a storefront or coordinate fulfillment.

02 / CONNECT

Identify approved platforms

List the tools you actually use and identify available, permitted integration methods.

03 / OPERATE

Define the handoff

Choose the outcome, permissions, fallback and human review points.

04 / VERIFY

Measure what worked

Track completion and failure evidence rather than assuming a connected API guarantees value.

Individual connections vary in readiness, platform permissions and commercial terms. A public configurator is not proof that every external provider is already integrated.

Real infrastructure behind the concept

Reuse the working parts.

HDP already has separate specialist systems for analytics collection, controlled information transfer and business operations. SACO can expose approved capabilities through narrow, authorized connectors without becoming a duplicate analytics provider or an unrestricted execution endpoint.

Can analytics connect through SACO?

The existing HDP SACO `google_analytics` adapter has previously been demonstrated as a read-only way to access sanitized measurement results from HDP's own GoogleAnalyticsCollector-CDK. That collector uses direct Google APIs without requiring a GSC Wizard subscription.

We're extending the reporting model to include HDPJoin's educational pages and referral activity. The public site records analytics events only with visitor consent. A separate HDPJoin-filtered SACO readout remains subject to deployment, tenant permissions and production verification.

What about newsletter subscriptions?

Newsletter signup is a different type of integration. It involves personal contact information, consent evidence and unsubscribe handling; it should not pass through a general read-only analytics connector. Until a secure subscriber service is connected, HDPJoin provides a public RSS feed and a clearly labeled email update request.

Want one connector, not a complete platform?

You can start by reviewing SACO's configuration options. You can also browse individual HDP tasks and Business OS blueprints. Some needs can be met with one bounded integration rather than a larger software package.
